Herman Hicks, MBA, is a Certified Wealth Strategist and holds a Life and Health Insurance Licenses. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Herman is a Vice president and Relationship Manager in the Private Client Services Group of First Horizon Bank in Nashville.  He is the leader of the bank’s Legal Initiative, charged primarily with serving the needs of the region’s Judges, law firms, their partners, staffers, and associates.  However, Mr. Hicks has also developed a strong clientele of physicians, athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs.  He has completed several RMA courses as it relates to commercial lending and graduated from the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt.  

Mr. Hicks is also a principal advisor of WatchYourWealthGrow.com, a financial planning platform that empowers families and business owners on their journey to building wealth.  Throughout his career, he has made it a point to give back to the community serving on executive boards of CASA, Family Children’s Services, and KYB Leadership Academy.  He currently serves on Executive and General Boards of PENCIL, Moves and Grooves, Music City Classic, and Northwest YMCA.  Most recently, Mr. Hicks created Elevated Development—a 501C3 Corporation that focuses on the Financial Empowerment of Youth and Low to Moderate Income Families with the vision of Closing the Wealth Gap.
